A wealth of knowledge has been distilled into a comprehensive two-year training curriculum designed to take your career to the next level.
The aim? To have the most prestigious Real Estate Academy in the country. To be Thought Leaders in the Industry we love so much.
The Expectation.
Imagine this, you’re driving along a highway, not in a hurry but eager to get home. You see a car stopped in the left lane with hazards on and the driver sitting in their car. What is the chance you would pull over and help them?
Now what I want you to ask yourself is, if that person was out of their car and trying their best to push it off the road, now what would the percentage be?
The point we’re trying to make, is that like so many others we want to help those who want to help themselves. If you’re considering joining the industry because you want to dip your toes in the water, we’d say to you; That sounds like a hobby, and hobbies only ever cost you money.
We’ll be honest. We can’t train determination or work ethic. We can train everything else. And if we’re going to commit an immense amount of resources into someone we need them to have those first two values. We’re looking for those who want to enter without a plan B. We’re looking for someone ready to push their own car.

1 Meet & Greet
Before we get ahead of ourselves, what better way to find out if we’re the right fit for each other than a good old fashioned Meet & Greet! We’ll walk you through the program and answer any questions you have about the industry.
2 Apply In Advance
Our Q1|FY24-25 round of recruitment has just opened! We have two more positions available. Our current targets of two new super stars every six months are to ensure every Trainee has full access to our Trainers.
3 Licensing
We provide all employees in Sales and Advocate positions a pathway to business ownership. If this is your long term plan we highly recommend you complete your full real estate license through an RTO such as the REIQ.
4 Career Ready
Successful applicants that have completed their Licensing will be provided with their Career Pack where the learning will begin prior to their commencement date. If this feels like the right fit for you, apply here.
