Eligibility for limited 1.5% + GST Offer
- The property must be listed, sold and settled exclusively with BD The Lakes (Renee & Troy Team) before 1 January 2026.
- An Exclusive Agency Agreement must be signed by the property owner.
- The 1.5 % rate applies to the agency commission for the sale of a property.
- This rate is exclusive of GST.
- A signed Exclusive Agency Agreement with BD The Lakes is required.
Eligibility for 0% Commission Draw and Offer
- The property must be listed exclusively with BD The Lakes (Renee & Troy Team) by the 1st of November 2025
- The property must be sold and settled with BD The Lakes (Renee & Troy Team).
- Zero-commission sale will be granted to one property address selected at random.
Softscape Labour Inclusions
- Each agreement includes 15 hours of softscape labour (two full working days) to help prepare your home for market.
- Material costs may apply, and are invoiced on an at-cost basis.
- Softscape labour covers tasks such as external cleaning, gardening, mulching and general yard presentation.
- Materials or extra work outside the included 15 hours will be quoted and agreed upon separately.
General Conditions
- Properties must go for sale ‘On Market’ and Marketing costs apply.
- Offer applies only to homes in North Lakes, Griffin, Mango Hill and Murrumba Downs.
